The Somfy Protexiom Advanced is a complete, wireless alarm system. This system cannot be installed for a layman, so they sought help from Somfy customer service, but they don't know either. We have everything assembled but regret not buying something else because it only works when we are at home, via the wifi, we don't get a notification on the mobile phone when we are elsewhere, so not handy!
