"WOW!" That was the first thing that came to mind when I first turned on the JBL Pulse 3 and was presented with a beautiful light show.

LIGHT SHOW I am completely fascinated by beautiful LED lighting such as the Philips Hue, and have fallen completely in love with the beautiful, bright lighting of the Pulse 3! Compared to the Pulse 3 a huge improvement.

SOUND Not knowing what to expect, I carefully turned on the Pulse 3 and connected it to my iPhone without any problems. The sound was immediately forwarded, and the music blasted from the speaker of my favorite Spotify playlist "Coffee Club". I fell in love immediately!

Are there no drawbacks at all? Unfortunately yes..

I think it's a shame that no protective case comes with the Pulse 3 in this price range. Also less that there is a black dot on the display. It looks like a dead pixel, but it must be a piece of dust. I assume this is covered under warranty if it bothers you.

All in all a big 9, and technically in perfect order. Now add a protective cover JBL!

The reason for this is of course the fact that the JBL is waterproof, but that doesn't make it any less annoying. The last annoyance is the battery indicator. This one is very hard to see (five very small dots above the on/off button) so it might as well not be there. The most important addition to this JBL is of course the light shows. There are many possibilities with regard to the light show. Lots of different colors and patterns that you can also have one after the other up to a maximum of three. I personally did not think the light had any added value. To be honest, I only played with it a bit at the beginning but soon left it on the same light show because I just didn't feel the need to adjust it.
