Also accelerations with an increase in heart rate are quickly detected by the M430, this was not the case with the pulse measurement (while I thought I had put on the M430 properly as the instructions prescribe).
Conclusion: if you have done the exercise test 'walking', know your heart rate values and want to train with this: buy a heart rate chest strap! Much more accurate, especially during interval training. If you are more interested in GPS, distance, speed and where heart rate measurement does not have to be so accurate: the Polar M430 is highly recommended.
Tip: I kind of regret not choosing the Polar M400 -> previous model: because you can get a very decent sports watch for around 150 euros + the H7 chest strap is included in the price. I myself paid around 229 + 60 euros :-(
