This is a nice sleek and sturdy design. The enormous turning angle makes it possible for us to watch with 1 TV in both the dining area and the sitting area. Mounting the brackets on the TV and hanging the TV on the wall arm is child's play. All mounting materials are included, even the necessary spacers for the TV screws. Mounting the arm to the wall is less simple. We couldn't manage to use the TV mount app from Vogel in combination with Vogel. to determine an adequate position of the viewing height with a small paper template supplied. The app didn't work on my smartphone, by the way, but it did on an old iPad. So I made a paper template myself.... Leveling after the TV is mounted is very easy. The only problem is that with the arm extended and the TV turned fully to the left or right, the arm still seems to "sag". in other words it only hangs level in a fixed position, but as soon as you start turning it is "out of plumb". And yes... the wall plate is level and the TV mounting brackets are aligned according to instructions. The biggest downside, however, is the flexibility of the shaft in the middle of the arm with which you can bend the arm. Without TV, all 3 axes (behind the TV, in the arm and near the wall plate) turn very smoothly. With the TV attached, the axle in the arm does nothing anymore: we have an ultra-thin 55 inch of 16 kg and don't dare to put the necessary force to get it moving. The other 2 axles turn smoothly enough. A point of attention when you determine the mounting location of the wall bracket. We now (forced to) hang it flat against the wall with a fully extended arm. A small downside is that only 1 conductor is included for the attachment of the cables. 2 pieces would have been practical.
