Keep your meals fresh longer with the Foodsaver FSV017 Top Line Fresh Vacuum Machine. This way you keep dry, but also moist and delicate foods airtight. This is very easy because the machine has an integrated roll holder and built-in cutter. Do not throw away leftovers, but store them in a bag where you can get the air out with the Fresh Adapter. This way, less food disappears in the waste bin. The Fresh Adapter and Vacuum hose you never lose, you store them in the machine. When you're done, clean the removable drip tray in the dishwasher.
Cook your vacuumed meal in a special sous vide pan up to 100 ¿. Do you use an ordinary pan? Then keep an eye on a kitchen thermometer that the water is not hotter than 75 ¿. is becoming. Otherwise the plastic bag melts against the hot walls of your stew pot.The website is misleading because of the measurements of the seal size, instead of 35 CM is was 28CM.
