on the first delivery when I was unpacking them I knew immediately that it is a sturdy product it is heavy and has a very nice design. at the first installation everything went as planned when i turned on the pc there was no sound now normal you have to wait for the installation and because this is again a razer product 99% of the time uses a software and in this case it is still a beta version. now the product works great with a very small volume it feels like you are listening on max almost. this is one of the best sound qualities I've ever had under this roof. when i want to enjoy feels like this house is going through an earthquake . I've had the neighbors at the door twice already so that should explain enough xp. This is a must for real gamers.

Already replaced the power strip for a surge-protected power strip from APC, unfortunately the same result.
