The Makita HP1631 drills straight through walls. It's drill head makes around 3200 revolutions per minute without load. This is more than enough to get through wooden and metal surfaces. Aside from the rotating movement, it also delivers a maximum of 48,000 blows per minute when the impact function is turned on. This easily gets you through even the hardest types of stone. If you're working for a longer period of time, a nice extra feature of the HP1631 is its soft grip handle and that it only weighs 1.9 kilograms. This makes the machine easy to handle and also reduces the noise that it produces.
