We have had the machine for a year now. The coffee is fine and the service simple. But the design is bad. The on/off button must be pressed very hard and in the right place, otherwise the machine will not turn on. The container for the beans is small and very flat, with all kinds of obstacles. Latte machiato requires a tall glass, but the machiato glasses I bought do not fit under the spout of the machine. Searched the whole city, but couldn't find the right size.
