I have had this rowing machine for 1 week now, to understand the + and - points, I will briefly explain myself and the reason for the purchase.

Due to illness, I bought this trainer because of more exercise and muscle building I stay fit longer. I am 1.86m tall and 83kg, a man and quite strong, and my age is 32 years.

+Price vs Build quality, this rower is on average twice as heavy as comparable rowers due to the use of more steel than aluminum and thicker construction, the advantage of this is that when using the rower, it is very stable and does not slide I have the rower on laminate floor without extra mat underneath.
