When you're cooking, slide the range hood out towards you. Next, choose 1 of 3 exhaust settings. If possible, connect the range hood to an outward exhaust system. If you don't have one, you can easily convert it to a recirculation range hood with the non-included ETNA REC40 carbon filter. Your kitchen doesn't have an exhaust system?
