According to our power bank expert
Its capacity of 26.800mAh lets you charge your tablet completely about 3 times.
Thanks to the LED lights, you'll know exactly how much energy is still left.
The aluminum casing makes this power bank very sturdy.
Due to its dimensions, this power bank does not fit in your jacket or trouser pocket.
No charger is included. Use a Power Delivery charger to charge the power bank at maximum speed.
With the Anker PowerCore+ Power Bank Quick Charge 26.800mAh, you'll never need to worry about an empty battery ever again. Its capacity of 26.800mAh is enough to charge the average smartphone about 5 times. Smartphones en tablets with Power Delivery, like the newer iPhone models, can be charged even faster with the Power Delivery port. You can also charge laptops with USB-C with this power bank, as long as they require no more than 30 watts of power to charge (such as the MacBook Air). Aside from the Power Delivery connector, the power bank also has 2 USB-A ports, so that you can charge up to 3 appliances at the same time. The quick charge function recharges your power bank in no time. You might need a Power Delivery charger for that, though.
Note : to charge your laptop via USB-C, your laptop needs to support that function. If it does, you'll find an lighting bolt icon next to the USB-C port on your laptop. A lot of laptops have a USB-C port that only supports file transfers. In that case, there will be a USB icon next to the port.

Charging time
My experience is that the power bank is very powerful, qualitative and heavy. Now I already knew this when I bought it, so I was not surprised when I received the power bank from Anker.
The power bank lasts a long time without having to recharge because of the large battery capacity. A disadvantage of this is that recharging the power bank, at least with a charger with a low volt/watt output, can take a very long time. With an average charger, charging can easily take 3 days. A good/fitting charging piece with cable is not included, that was a downside. A matching Anker charger easily costs more than €40.
Recommended, that power bank?
Yes, at a camp you don't have to worry about sockets or empty batteries while traveling. Even larger and heavier devices can be charged with ease. Think of laptops, iPads, et cetera.
The power bank comes in a case of synthetic (mesh-like) material in which it has good protection against bumps and sharp objects in your bag. It does not offer really good fall protection / protection against water. Well, what do you expect? Moreover, it concerns the power bank itself.

It is not as bulky in size as the XTORM XB203, which also has PD and 27800 mAh.

I was looking for a powerful power bank that wasn't very bulky in size (like XTORM's with the same capacity) and this was it.
