I use the scale next to my old-fashioned mechanical scale. It was very easy to set up. You only need to fill in weight, height and age with user 1 and you can get started. To see all measurements (KG, BMI, etc) you must first select user 1 for weighing. Everything is clearly stated in the manual. The top is made of glass and feels sturdy. The numbers are nice and big, so easy to read. The different values remain on the screen long enough to read. Batteries are already included upon delivery. NB! it is advisable to place this scale on a hard surface (stone or a plank). If I put this on carpet I get 20 different results with 20 measurements. I then put it on a shelf and it went well right away. The scale is a bit small, so it's best to put your ankle on the lowest measuring point.
