According to our vacuum expert
The TriActive Z-parquet brush prevents the vacuum from pushing dust forward, and is specifically designed for hard flooring.
The vacuum cleaner includes a carpet brush for carpet, a turbo brush for pet hairs, and the TriActiveMax multi-surface brush, the most powerful brush from Philips.
Very suitable for people with a dust allergy, thanks to the HEPA 13 filter.
With a noise level of only 74 decibels, this vacuum is relatively loud.
The Philips PowerPro Ultimate FC9928/09 is a powerful vacuum cleaner that you can use on every type of floor, since you'll receive different attachments. The most common attachment is the TriActiveMax multi-surface brush. It's the most powerful multi-surface brush from Philips, which you can use it on hard flooring and low-pile carpet. Use the parquet brush on hard or wood flooring. The special rubber zigzag prevents dirt from being pushed forward while you're vacuuming. It even sucks up dust from grooves in the parquet or laminate. Do you have carpet upstairs, or do you have pets running around the house? Use the powerful turbo brush. This vacuum is also suitable for people who are sensitive to dust.

Maneuverability
The vacuum cleaner is lightweight, easily manoeuvrable, and it is very nice that the on/off button and volume button are on the handle, so you no longer have to bend over. The vacuum cleaner makes little noise, is anti-allergic and bagless, with a large dust collector. The 4 large supplied brushes are easy to use. The parquet brush goes smoothly over the wooden floor without scratching, and especially important with 2 dogs and a cat, the turbo brush easily gets all the hairs from the carpet. Furthermore, a sleek design, compact to store, a very nice vacuum cleaner that is really worth the money!!
