In the meantime, I've been using the Amazfit Bip for over 5 weeks and I really like the watch. At first it is a bit of a search because there is not really a manual with the watch. But once the app 'mii fit' is installed on your phone (android in my case) it almost speaks for itself.

The battery is very good! with normal use (i.e. without constant heart rate monitoring and without GPS), the battery is depleted about 2 to 3% per day. With the GPS on and heart rate on automatic, you can count on 6% per hour.

The app itself is fairly extensive and should not really be inferior to the more well-known apps.

The GPS found your location fairly quickly and regularly receives updates (via the app). This also displays the route, number of km, steps, heart rate, etc. in the app, handy!

The ease of use of the watch is also intuitive and you can quickly figure it out. You briefly press the only button on the side, this unlocks the ALWAYS ON SCREEN. Then swipe left or right and go into the menu. Here you choose what you want to see/edit. Going back out of the menu is doing the opposite swipe gesture.
