Started unboxing the hedge trimmer. Comes securely packaged with a charger and battery. Hedge trimmer is light without the battery, the battery is also not heavy and therefore also very good to "lift" together.
I tested the hedge trimmer on a coniferous hedge and a deciduous hedge. The shears trims both hedges with ease. It's seriously like sliding a hot knife through butter. I have pruned the hedges one after the other and have been pruning for more than 1 hour. Do NOT have to charge the battery in between. With the really thicker branches, the scissors get stuck (logically in my opinion) but do not get stuck. You can then easily remove it and continue pruning.
What also strikes me is that the hedge trimmer has a pleasant balance. The top handle and the rear handle are designed and placed apart in such a way that this makes the scissors pleasant to handle.
