I used the LED strip to make a cloud lamp. It is very light, so I could easily stick it to the inside of a paper lantern. The LED strip and adapter do not get hot, so ideal for what I had in mind. However, it only works with the supplied adapter, so I had to come up with another solution to hang the lamp from the ceiling.
