Elro FS4610 (10 years)

The copies I receive are beeping at random times. Sometimes they are quiet for weeks, but then you are suddenly unpleasantly awakened at night by a short beep. Repair by Coolblue did not remedy this shortcoming.

Due to the low profile design and good reviews I bought three of these smoke alarms but I don't trust them. Unfortunately, the beeping only started after 30 days, so sending a free return is no longer an option and according to the helpdesk I can only get my money back after the smoke detectors have been repaired three times. This is not the service I expected.

We chose the smoke detector because of its minimalist sleek design. We didn't want to have conspicuous (ugly) smoke detectors in our home. Due to their flat profile and their minimalist design, they fit very nicely against the ceiling.
