According to our immersion blender expert
You can chop ingredients such as an onion or nuts with the included food chopper.
Thanks to the high power, you can also use the immersion blender for hard ingredients and for multiple preparations in succession.
With the 12 settings, you can accurately adjust the speed to the preparation, so you won't blend too hard or too soft.
A balloon whisk to whip cream and beat egg whites isn't included.
With the Bosch MaxoMixx MS8CM6120, you can easily chop ingredients with the included food chopper. You can chop onions and nuts, for example.. You can also use the food chopper to make dips such as pesto and hummus. Thanks to the high power, you can use the immersion blender for multiple preparations in succession. Make a smoothie first and then puree the boiled vegetables to soup, for example. Afterwards, you can make a pesto for on your baguette. You can accurately set the speed with the 12 settings. Set it to high for very fine structures such as smoothies, and set it low for more coarse preparations such as tomato tapenade. You can keep preparations fresh in the measuring cup, thanks to the lid.

I like the hand blender very well, after my previous cheap one from the ac-tion could no longer be cleaned after an attempt to make asparagus soup, I decided to buy a good brand and what a difference!! Everything except the part with the plug can go in the dishwasher, so it invites you to quickly grab it. Only downside so far is that the accessories don't fit together for storage and no storage box is included to keep everything together

Tried a Bosch for the first time after years of using another German brand. Never again. The most annoying thing is that the puree part spontaneously comes loose from the machine part during pureeing. Then I have to reattach both parts and it happens again. After six months, the hand blender no longer purees properly and the mixer makes a strange noise. Never experienced this with other hand blenders, never again a Bosch hand blender for me. I hope it's a bad model and this doesn't bother others.
