According to our gimbal expert
Thanks to its compact size and low weight of 926 grams, you can take the stabilizer with you anywhere you go.
You place your smartphone in the phone clamp, which gives you a direct connection with the stabilizer.
You can easily adjust the camera settings with the ViaTouch Control System.
If you use a large or heavy lens, the gimbal with a maximum camera weight capacity of 3.5kg may get out of balance.
This gimbal doesn't have a touchscreen which allows you to adjust settings or view images live.
Note: in combination with a large or heavy lens, the gimbal may get out of balance.
The Zhiyun Weebill-S is a compact and light stabilizer for both mirrorless cameras and SLR cameras. The user-friendly handle allows you to easily switch between high and low angle recordings. The gimbal has 6 operating modes, including the Vortex mode, in which the gimbal rotates 360 degrees while you're recording. The intelligent gimbal also automatically recognizes the weight of your camera. This allows you to get started right away. You place your smartphone in the phone clamp, so you have a direct connection with the stabilizer via the ZY Play app. You can easily adjust the camera settings via the app. You can fold out a tripod under the handle if you want to record with slow shutter speeds. This gimbal has a maximum weight capacity of 3.5kg.

The weebill-s is very easy to set up and simple to use. In addition, he does his job well. By using it a lot and playing with the setting you will understand the gimbal better and better. Highly recommended!

Great gimbal for the price, does what it's supposed to do and looks good. for the price I had hoped that the frame itself would also be made of metal, but this is only the top part with the motors. it also has a long battery life and is easy to use after purchasing a small rig quick release plate, otherwise you have to loosen and tighten 3 screws if you want to use it, because of this you have to balance it again and again. that is no longer necessary thanks to the smallrig quickrelease 2144 that replaces it.

after a month of film experience I am more than happy with it, when you go for a walk with this it does get heavy in the hand, the sling handle is definitely an advantage, but in combination with my old shoulder tripod that I used for my heavy SVHS camera, that problem is completely solved. an extra handle is certainly not an unnecessary luxury, because of this you will touch fewer buttons unintentionally. Due to the many options, it will take some time before you master all the settings. the button of the quick release clamp sticks out too far and is sometimes touched unintentionally, not that the camera falls off, but comes loose and shifts, so that you have to recalibrate.
