I'm happy with it myself. I replaced my HC2 with my new HC3. Unfortunately, a lot is still not going well with the HC3, but I did get everything stable and working thanks to many external components. But if you want to use this as your main controller, I'd definitely wait a little longer.

The bugs I am currently experiencing:

Mobile App still lacks many functionalities that are available in the web interface.
The web interface works very poorly on a mobile phone. Unusable.
Fibaro has developed a new framework for the HC3. So you have to convert all your code. That will take some time. Ultimately it is better, because you now have more options and you can code neater, but all short codes are over.
You no longer have loops in your virtual devices (now called QuickApps). You will need to update information through events. That makes it a bit more complex, but ultimately more clean.
I bought it to control my somfy screens, but unfortunately, that's not in it. I made a link between fibaro and homey for this. That works fine in principle, but maybe a bit overkill.
Linking with IFTTT is very unstable and unusable. If you use IFTTT a lot, use a web service link.
No more NEST support. You can no longer add the nest thermostat. I also had to write a QuickApp for this.
It crashes regularly if you call multiple actions at the same time or call a device that is not responding. Very annoying.

But once set up, everything works properly. In itself I got it to work reasonably well and it works stable, but it is quite a job to get everything right and to make work-a-roud on work-a-round.

The link with Siri and google home is also not very stable. For this I installed home assistant on my NAS and connected it to Fibaro. Then I reprogrammed the HC2 plugin to HC3 because the API URLs etc have also been adjusted.

In other words, the product is just not finished yet. Knowing Fibaro, they will come with updates that fixes everything, but it will take a while. If you now have an HC2, I would stay on that. If you are looking for a completely new controller, you might consider a Homey. If you are good at tinkering and scripting, I still recommend the HC3 and a synology NAS with docker so that you can solve the missing functions in other ways ;-)
