According to our food processor expert
Thanks to the built-in scale, you can use the mixing bowl to measure ingredients directly.
With this food processor, a blender, citrus press, food chopper attachment, and whisk are included.
You can easily store the accessories in the included container.
A food processor with a plastic casing is less sturdy than a food processor made of metal or stainless steel.
Due to the small capacity of 2.1L, this food processor is only suitable for 2 people.
With the Kenwood FPM910 food processor, you can weigh ingredients directly in the mixing bowl, thanks to the built-in scale. With a powerful 1300W motor, you can use this food processor for multiple preparations in a row without any issues. It can also knead medium-weight dough, such as pizza dough. The food processor has a large 4L mixing bowl. If you want to make a small portion, you can use the smaller mixing bowl or the chopper. In addition to shredding and slicing ingredients, you can also make juices with this food processor. You can juice an orange in the citrus press or blend a smoothie in the blender. After use, you can easily clean the individual parts in the dishwasher.
This Kenwood FPM910 meets all my requirements. Personally, I like that it comes with quite a few attachments. For example, I have all kinds of kitchen appliances in one instead of all kinds of separate equipment. I chose the FPM910 because of the high power and the different speeds. With 1300W, it is ideal for crushing frozen fruit or making nut paste, for example. Because the speed can be adjusted, you can also easily make batter without the flour flying in all directions. However, it is anything but compact, so requires a lot of storage space.
