According to our pan expert
The frying pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 250°C.
Thanks to the standard non-stick coating, you don't need a lot of oil or butter to cook.
An aluminum pan is lightweight, so it's easy to move.
Stainless steel handles heat up while cooking, so you need oven gloves.
The WMF Durado Frying Pan 24cm is made of stainless steel. This makes the pan strong, resistant to acids, and it doesn't give off flavor. The frying pan also has a non-stick coating and an ergonomic handle. So your meat won't burn and you can comfortably hold the pan. Nothing is holding you back to get started. The pans are very heat resistant and made for temperatures up to 400°C on the stove and up to 250°C in the oven. The universal bottom holds heat evenly and spreads it across the surface. Don't wash the pan in the dishwasher, as it damages the non-stick coating.

The pan will wear out within a few months of use. The food burns quickly and then the pan is actually no longer usable. The small pan has a short handle, so you quickly burn your fingers. The handles get hot quickly.

The first few weeks I was very pleased with these pans. A fried egg came out of the pan effortlessly even without butter. Unfortunately, the non-stick coating completely lost its effectiveness after just over a year and they could just as well have been regular pans. I expected the effect to decrease, but not to this extent. I would not recommend these pans to anyone.
