Description
With the EKO EcoCasa II Splitted 2x 30L Matte Stainless Steel, you get a trash can which allows you to easily separate 2 kinds of trash. This means you can separate general trash and plastic or general trash and organic waste, for example. You use the trash can in the kitchen. It has a fingerprint proof coating on the exterior, so fingerprints won't be visible. You can open the trash can with your foot via the pedal. The trash can consists of 2 plastic inner buckets with a 30L capacity. The lid closes silently, thanks to motion control. The can has an extendable edge, so replacing the trash bags doesn't take much effort.

It works perfectly. It immediately becomes clear that we have almost no residual waste, which is good. In retrospect I should have taken a copy with 1 lid and 1 pedal, that is quieter. And with smaller bins. 15 ltr is quite large for 2 people.

Practical and neutral appearance. I wonder how long it will last. Brabantia gives a 10-year warranty, so the mandatory 2 years at EKO gives little hope.
