I am really very satisfied, my previous washing machine was also really badly to be replaced, I really started to think that it was possessed by a demon haha but so now: I am so satisfied, the laundry feels clean, steam program is very nice. And I experience so little trouble with the sound. The washing machine is in the kitchen with the bedrooms next to it (apartment) the loudest noise when spinning is comparable to the kettle, which no one in our house experiences as a nuisance or disturbing.

The only downside I have so far is that the drum door has an open cavity and no closed design that it is smoothly finished and therefore not a dust spot.

Apart from the washing machine, I am really so satisfied with the delivery service! I live on the 3rd floor no elevator with a really narrow rotten staircase but the delivery people did it with a smile and were super friendly (while I know it's really torture to get something so heavy up and down) hats off to these men ! The old one went down just as easily. I was only too happy to wave goodbye to the washing machine from hell. The deliverers gave good information about the connection and what to do if I am not satisfied or there are problems with the new washing machine.
