Thanks to the 'Sloroller' that spreads smoke and heat throughout the kamado, the meat gets the right texture and taste when you grill at a low temperature (up to 260¿).
The ceramic material can withstand high temperatures, so you can grill, smoke, steam, bake, and slow cook.
After registration with Kamado Joe, you'll receive a lifetime warranty on the ceramic parts of the barbecue.
This barbecue doesn't have an underframe, so you have to build it in to be able to safely use it.

Description

Unlike the Classic II, the Kamado Joe Classic III Stand-Alone has a 'Sloroller', which gives the meat the right texture and taste when you grill at a low temperature (up to 260¿). The Sloroller circulates smoke and heat through the kamado. To adjust the temperature in the barbecue, use the stripes on the air slider. This way, you don't have to be a barbecue expert to raise or lower the temperature in the barbecue. It's easier to lift the lid of this barbecue than of other Kamados, thanks to the specially designed hinge. The ash falls directly in the removable ash tray, so it takes less time to clean the barbecue and you'll be able to relax quicker.
