I bought this office chair a little over a year ago and recently started using the chair more because of working from home, but the more I sit in it the less satisfied I am with the purchase. I bought the office chair because it has good reviews and an NPR rating, but unfortunately nothing from the brands is in use. The part you sit on is smooth, flat and not comfortable at all (hard seat). The backrest cannot be adjusted in height and angle. So you sit too far back on a smooth, flat, hard seat, making it almost impossible to sit in a good position for a long time, resulting in various physical complaints. Lumbar support is a thin plastic thing that has already broken off on one side and is now hanging crooked. The play on the seat and air spring is significant, allowing you to move up and down, and the armrests have the same problem, there is too much play here too. Unfortunately, returns are no longer possible, otherwise I would do so immediately. I therefore do not recommend this chair, certainly not for this price.
