According to our pan expert
With the glass lid, you can slow cook your dishes and keep an eye on your dish without losing heat.
The Tefal Thermo-Signal turns solid red when the right temperature has been reached.
Thanks to the titanium coating, the pan is very scratch-resistant.
The plastic handle is less durable than stainless steel and can melt.
The Tefal Unlimited High-Sided Skillet with Lid 24cm is ideal for preparing stir-fry dishes, risotto, or a stew. This pan also includes a glass lid. You can use this to slow cook your dishes and keep an eye on the cooking process. You get a sturdy pan that lasts a long time. That's because the pan has a titanium coating. Thanks to this coating, ingredients won't stick to the pan and you don't have to worry that you'll scratch it. You know exactly when the pan has reached the right temperature, because the Thermo-Signal turns dot solid red when the right temperature has been reached. For a longer lifespan, it's best to wash the pan by hand.
Durability
I've been able to test the pans for a few days now. The pans feel very heavy in quality and look super chic. I've cooked with it a few times now and nothing sticks in the pan. Everything just slides off. The pan is also very easy to clean. The pans are big enough for my family of 5 people. In short, I am very happy with them and recommend them to everyone.

After the 2nd use (with a wooden spoon) the non-stick coating starts to wear off. This should be the most scratch resistant of all tefal pans... worthless.
