My first impression is good, but certainly not perfect. The installation goes quite smoothly. Really ideal for not having to deal with cables, but that you can place the printer wherever you want, the WiFi does the work! When opening the package of the ink, I did pull off the top sticker of a cartridge. The pull sticker was so well attached that the top sticker came off, which was not intended. An air hole (?) is now also visible at the top. No idea if this can hurt and possibly. ink dries out sooner.
After the installation, I restarted the printer the next day when I wanted to make a print. Unfortunately I got an error message that the installation was not completed completely. However, in HP smart the printer was visible and online, I was also logged in to my account and had also registered for instant ink, so as far as I knew I had done everything necessary. In the help environment I could not immediately find what to do. It was about network connectivity, but my printer was still online. So it took some searching, unfortunately the program "HP smart" did not give a clear error message or help how to get rid of the error message. So using I searched the internet and after a while the error message on my printer went away and I was able to make a printout. Now I don't know if that is because of something I had done or if the printer took a while to verify the connection with my account the 1st time after installation.. The prints I requested earlier to make went smoothly off.. Unfortunately after 2 prints the printer kept making noise as if it wanted to print some more, but nothing happened, except making noise. That lasted about 2 minutes after which I asked the printer to stop what it was doing (no idea what...)
