Great device that met my expectations.

Is reasonably quiet, at least in the lowest position (enough for the space it is in).
Indicates digitally how much dust/particles/particles are removed from the air.
As a lung patient, I clearly notice that the device does indeed clean the air. Nice!
Cord is short; use of an extension cord is not recommended. However, an extension cord is unavoidable to place the device in the middle of a room.

The device cleans and refreshes the air in living areas; especially people with lung problems could benefit from this.

I've had the Phillips 3-in-1 air purifier for 4 days now. I had bought it because of hay fever complaints and also for some cooling. With the air purifier you can clearly see on the display what the air quality is and the air is considerably cleaner when the device is switched on. For example, I had no or few hay fever complaints in the past few days. It is also nice that you can see what the temperature is and this also corresponds to the thermostat that I have at home. The last few days the weather has been warm and the fan could have been tested well. Only I notice little of this, especially when it is on position 1. The air purifier is therefore not really suitable for cooling and only moves the air. On position 3 you do feel a breeze at 4 meters away, but it is also quite noisy (about 50 decibels) and the temperature in the room does not drop (this was after turning around for 2 hours and an outside temperature of 25 degrees). All in all it is a good air purifier, but it is not suitable for cooling on hot summer days and the air purifier makes quite a lot of noise on the highest setting.
