Expensive webcam with a technical flaw.

Firmware not updateable

In itself it is a good webcam, but there is a flaw in the hardware that prevents the firmware updates from being performed. The only way to solve this problem is to send the webcam to Razer, after which you have to wait for a replacement camera to be returned. It also makes no sense to exchange because the error is in all the webcams that you buy in the store. Too bad for such an expensive webcam. I am now using it with firmware 1.0 and it will unfortunately remain that way.
