Way too expensive for poor quality.

Ease of use, magnetic attachment is quick and convenient.
Clamp for fan grille is not strong enough and does not have a 'barb', which makes it easy to loosen while driving.

On paper a very nice solution. However, the practice is different. There are 3 serious problems to name;

Ventilation grille clamp is quite weak and not fitted with a 'barb'. Even when you 'remove' (pull) the iPhone, you can pull the complete phone holder out of the ventilation grille. This despite the weak magsafe magnets;
The Magsafe magnets are quite weak. It has already happened several times that the iPhone has come loose. It should be mentioned that the iPhone is equipped with an original Apple case with Magsafe facility.
The ball joint between the clamp ventilation grille and the snap plate is quite weak and not adjustable. The position of the iPhone changes with every threshold or pit. Handy for fellow passengers, not for the driver if he uses the iPhone for navigation.
