You can receive notifications of messages, and you can also call via the watch when your phone is nearby.
Thanks to the built-in music player, you can listen to your favorite playlists via the watch.
You can see your heart rate zones while you train, so you can have targeted to improve your stamina or to burn fat.
You don't get an insight in your stress level, because the watch doesn't have a stress monitor.
The watch is only splash proof, so you'll have to take it off before showering and swimming.
Note: an adapter isn't included. Do you want to charge the watch via a socket? Use the adapter of your phone charger or order a separate adapter.
This watch is recommended for a wrist circumference of 40 to 46cm.
