When I do my shopping, I like to stock up for the whole week. I prefer to buy a stock of products on offer. That's why it's nice that I have enough space for the groceries of 3 or 4 people with this fridge-freezer combination. I keep my fruit and vegetables crispy for longer thanks to the EasyFresh crisper drawer. I throw away apples and pears less quickly. The refrigerator is very sturdy, but the door opens a bit heavy. I use a little more force because of this, but I quickly get used to it.
First impression
When I open the refrigerator, I notice how spacious it is. With the 3 adjustable shelves, I can choose a convenient layout myself. When I have a birthday, I make extra space for, for example, a jug of homemade lemonade. I put my favorite wine in a stable position on the plastic bottle holder, which has room for 3 bottles. That way my white wine doesn't roll away. I see that I connect the fridge freezer combination to my smartphone with an app. It takes some time to connect these, I use the online manual for this.
Longer fresh
At the bottom of the fridge I find the EasyFresh drawer, a fresh zone for fruit and vegetables. This keeps my bunch of carrots fresh and I retain vitamins for longer. Thanks to the tight closure, my grapes do not dry out either. This way I prevent food waste, which is better for the environment and my wallet. At the end of the month I have more money left because I don't have to go to the supermarket as often.
Quiet in use
I also notice that I am not bothered by noise much. Occasionally I hear buzzing, but that's normal. With a noise level of 35 decibels, I can also put the fridge-freezer combination in a small or open kitchen. This way I can watch a movie or series in peace and I don't mind extra noise.
Ice-free thanks to NoFrost
I divide frozen products over the 3 freezer drawers at the very bottom. The largest drawer has room for 3 large pizza boxes. The transparent drawers allow me to see exactly which snacks I still have in stock. I have to defrost my old fridge-freezer combination a few times a year, but I don't have to with this one. With NoFrost, the freezer remains ice-free and I have no maintenance. That saves a lot of hassle.
Need more power
Due to the lack of a lever handle, the door opens a bit heavy. This causes the door to draw more vacuum. I therefore need more power, but I actually get used to it. For the design I like that this handle is not there. When I look at all the pros and cons, I am very pleased with this spacious fridge freezer combination.
