Description

In the Tefal Renew Ceramic Wok 28cm, you can stir-fry vegetables or steak strips in a more environmentally-friendly way, thanks to the 100% recycled aluminum. The wok also has a strong ceramic coating. This ensures the meat you cook gets nice and crispy, and stir-fried vegetables retain their crunchy bite. In addition, it's easy to flip the ingredients, thanks to the deep and round shape. Thanks to the Tefal Thermo-Signal dot, you know exactly when the pan reaches the right temperature. That's useful, because you don't have to put your hand above the pan anymore. Clean the pan by hand after use, so you extend the lifespan of the pan.

I am very happy with this Intensity Wok pan. I've been considering buying a wok for several years now and now that I have one I regret not buying one sooner. I use it for all kinds of dishes, of course wok dishes, but also pasta sauces, etc. The pan is of good size and the high edges make it easy to stir a full pan without spilling on your stove. Even for my two-burner stove, this pan is fine to use. The pan has a reasonable weight, I can't lift it with one hand, but it's not super heavy either. The non-stick coating works perfectly for me, it is certainly a godsend that you do not have to use so much oil. It is also very nice that the red circle in the middle of the pan indicates when the pan has heated up sufficiently.
