After 3 years of intensive use, the battery of my Apple Watch 6 was empty. I had to charge it an extra time after exercising to be able to keep it on while sleeping. The new Apple Watch 9 lasts almost 48 hours and charges quickly. It said you only have 18 hours of battery life in 'time' mode. But not with me. So no idea what that means.
