This product looked very interesting in the reviews, should have good active noise cancellation, and spacial audio, all in all a good competitor for the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra earbuds, or so I hoped.

But unfortunately, the earplugs are not up to much.

The sound quality is not bad, for a pair of ANC earbuds of 80 euros, not 280 euros. The sound sounds very flat, has virtually no depth, the mids are too strong and the bass and treble are not what I had hoped for.
The ANC is bad, very bad, so bad that I don't understand how some reviews claim that these should have better ANC than Bose's comparable price alternative. It actually only dampens very low tones and quite high tones, everything in the mids comes through with draws, for many sounds it makes no difference whether ANC is on or off. But that's not all, ANC automatically turns off if it thinks there isn't enough noise in the environment, so even if you're annoyed by someone who seems to clean every house and garden on the whole street with his high-pressure washer, if that is just not loud enough, then ANC does nothing at all.
Wind noise is deafening with these things, it seems like they amplify that sound 10 times instead of trying to filter it out.
