You can even use the pan in the oven up to 250°C. For example, you first sear a piece of meat on the stove or induction cooktop and put it in the over for further cooking. This way, the meat stays tender and it gets a crispy crust. Thanks to the stainless steel coating, you can even sear the meat easily.
