With these handles, you can move a full, heavy pan easily. That's useful, when you're cooking for multiple people. The pan is also suitable for all heat sources, including induction. You can even use the pan in the oven up to 250°C. For example, you first sear a piece of meat on the stove or induction cooktop and put it in the over for further cooking. This way, the meat stays tender and it gets a crispy crust. Thanks to the stainless steel coating, you can even sear the meat easily.
