The case offers good protection, both for the smartphone and the furniture you place it on. My smartphone is still as good as new after a few months. I have no drawbacks.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, especially since you get a good phone for relatively little money. The Android version is indeed delightfully minimalist, but some "standard" features, like vibration when typing, are disabled and require careful attention to activate (it also makes a very faint sound now, which I don't really want).
