The Loop gives you comprehensive insight into your daily activity, sleep, and training. All your sports and health data is available in the Polar Flow app. This app also provides guidance and tips for achieving your fitness goals and improving your sleep. Your routes are only tracked if you have your smartphone with you while exercising, as it doesn't have a GPS sensor. The battery lasts up to 8 days, so you won't need to charge this tracker often.

We recommend this tracker for a wrist circumference of 15 to 17cm.
