OtterBox Symmetry Apple iPhone Air Back Cover with MagSafe Black

I bought a case to better protect the edges of my iPhone Air. My previous case was more flexible and did what it was supposed to do, but it didn't always provide sufficient protection to the edges, causing my screen protector to break within a month every time. A few days after purchasing the Otterbox case, my phone fell out of my hand onto the table (a minor impact compared to previous falls on the floor), but the entire back of the phone was cracked. I have since had the phone repaired, and during the repair, I was told that the case was too hard at the camera cutout, meaning even a minor impact could cause this result.
