I think the LG QNED93 EVO is a beautiful TV and recommend it if you primarily watch TV during the day. Thanks to the QNED technology and the mini-LED screen, I see bright, colorful images. No matter how much sunlight shines on the screen, the image remains realistic. I think the AI Magic Remote is a great addition thanks to the new AI button. It gives me quick access to all the TV's functions.
Colorful QNED screen
The QNED93 is LG's best QNED TV of 2025. Thanks to the QNED technology, I enjoy more realistic and vibrant colors. I can see every shade of a nature documentary, even in our bright test room. I really appreciate this, because a TV's colors normally quickly become grayish in a brightly lit room. I therefore recommend the QNED93 for any room.
Strong contrast thanks to mini-LED local dimming
This TV has a mini-LED screen. This allows it to display images with strong contrast. This way, only the right parts of the screen are illuminated, and I don't see an unnatural gray cast. The mini-LED backlight also makes the TV extra bright, and I experience fewer reflections. I only see them when I'm looking at the TV from a sharp angle, as then you see distracting ambient light on the screen.
New AI Magic Remote
The QNED93 comes with the new LG AI Magic Remote. This remote is considerably smaller than LG's Magic Remote from 2024. I consider this a major advantage, as the remote fits comfortably in the hand. The second difference is the AI button. This gives me quick access to all the TV's AI functions, such as the AI Chatbot and search function. I hold the AI button, say "Hi LG," and then give the TV a command.
Clunky Design
The QNED93 has a central stand, which you attach to the TV with two legs. The stand protrudes quite far, taking up a lot of space. So, if you have a smaller TV stand, a soundbar won't fit in front of it as well. The TV certainly has a nice look, with a sleek design and a thin bezel.
