My experience with the LG QNED evo 4K TV
The LG QNED evo looks great on paper, but in practice, it sometimes disappoints. The QNED evo technology delivers vibrant colors and beautiful contrast, but in dark scenes, you can still see some light spots around the edges.
The α8 AI Processor 4K keeps the image sharp, but sometimes it seems a bit overprocessed, making it look unnatural. Upscaling from lower resolutions is good, but not perfect.
With HDR10 and HLG, you get a lot of detail from movies and sports, but the brightness isn't always sufficient in a sunny room. During live broadcasts, the image remains very dynamic. Especially during football matches, it feels like you're in the stadium.
WebOS 25 is fast and has many apps, but the home screen is busy and full of ads, which can be annoying.
The Dolby Digital sound is clear, but the bass is lacking. For a true movie experience, you really need a soundbar.
Conclusion:
A nice TV with strong points, but not flawless. It's especially good in a dark room and with additional audio equipment.
