According to our pan expert
The PFAS-free etched non-stick coating ensures ingredients don't stick to the pan and heat evenly.
You can easily use metal utensils thanks to the scratch-resistant non-stick coating.
The pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and the oven up to 220°C.
Stainless steel handles heat up while cooking, so you need oven mitts.
Tried several pans but finally a pan without PFAS that also has the advantages of a non-stick coating.
