A great pan with a very smooth bottom. The indicator inside the pan showing whether it is at temperature is nice, though I would have preferred it to be a bit clearer. I find it quite subtle. The pan does not stick and is scratch-resistant according to the packaging, but personally, I only use plastic and wooden spatulas in my pans. The pan is sturdy and not too heavy; additionally, it stores easily in the cupboard thanks to the flat lid. You can easily fry chicken legs in it or make a pasta sauce. Thanks to the high edges and the lid, it can simmer nicely on the stove. Cleaning is super simple; I just hold it under the hot tap for a moment, run a dish brush over it, and I'm done—no scrubbing required, dirt slides right off. I am extremely happy with this new addition to my kitchen and use it almost every day.

I am very happy with my purchase of this Tefal sauté pan. It has a smooth bottom and is scratch-resistant. The packaging stated that you can also use metal spatulas, but to be honest, I haven't done that yet, as I always use wooden spatulas. The pan is easy to clean. It has a flat lid with a movable plastic handle. This is ideal because it doesn't get hot and it is 'foldable' so you can lay it flat on the counter. The size is good for my family of five. I have already prepared meat in it, but also a stew and pasta sauce. An ideal pan.

It is a sturdy pan that holds a lot. Furthermore, it doesn't feel heavy, which is handy for stir-frying. The pan heats evenly, and the non-stick coating ensures that the pan is easy to clean after use. Definitely a great addition to my kitchen!
