With the Oura Ring 5 Sizing Kit, you can determine your Oura Ring size. The size of an Oura Ring is different from a regular ring size. So first order this sizing kit before you order an Oura Ring 5. This way, you'll know for sure that you choose the right size. You'll find all sizes in this sizing kit. Wear a sample ring for 24 hours, because this way you'll know for sure if the size feels comfortable. The Oura Ring is most accurate when you wear it on your index finger. So put the sample ring on your index finger too. Don't you find that comfortable? Then try your middle or ring finger.

Note: the sample rings may fit a little tighter because they're made of plastic. This doesn't affect the size you choose. For example, if you wear a size 8 sample ring for a whole day and it feels comfortable, you can simply order size 8.
