- Remove the brush attachment from the toothbrush.
- Turn on the toothbrush and check if the upper pin of the toothbrush is moving.
- Isn't it moving at all or just a little? Remove any toothpaste residue from the toothbrush surrounding the metal pin and clean the on/off button with a moist cloth.
- Fully charge the toothbrush by placing it on the charger for at least 24 hours.
