You pay € 250 with your vouchers and the rest via Bancontact, credit card, cash, or with ecocheques. We then schedule a delivery moment that suits you. You can't use your voucher online.

Are you eligible for a Fluvius voucher? Request it online via the Fluvius website for the purchase of your energy-efficient white goods appliance. After your application, it takes about 2 weeks before you receive the voucher. This voucher is valid for 2 years and can't be resold. You can use 1 voucher per product. We'll deduct the discount from the purchase price during checkout right away.
What can you use the Fluvius voucher for?
You can use the voucher to buy a:
- Washing machine with an A energy label or better
- Dryer with an A+++ energy label or better
- Freezer with a B energy label or better
- Fridge with a B energy label

What are the requirements?
The discount is valid for a fridge or a fridge freezer combination with at least a B energy label, a freezer with at least a B energy label, a washing machine with at least an A energy label, or a dryer with at least an A+++ energy label. The discount is only valid for new products, not for Second Chance or refurbished washing machines.
