Which Samsung tablet do you have?
If you're not sure which Samsung tablet you have, you can find it in the settings of your device.
- Go to 'Settings' and scroll down.
- Click 'Info tablet'.
- See which model you have under 'Model name'.
What's the condition of your old tablet?
The condition of the device is determined based on the damages of the device. The expert assesses your old tablet in the store. They check the screen, casing, and battery. If everything works properly, your tablet is undamaged. If the screen doesn't work properly or the device has water damage, it's damaged. That means you'll receive a lower trade-in value. A tablet that doesn't' work is broken. You can still hand in the device, but you won't get a discount.
Buy a new tablet
Find your new tablet on our website. Once you have it, you can go ahead and transfer all your data from your old tablet to your new one. Then, visit the store within 30 days to trade in your old tablet.
