Over-ear headphones

Over-ear headphones have large ear cups that fully enclose your ears. That's why it's also known as a circumaural or around-ear headphones. This design shuts you off from your surroundings, letting you get lost in the music. Thanks to the soft ear cushions, the headphones feel comfortable and don't press down on your ears. Due to their large size, over-ear headphones are less suitable for on the go.
