I'm missing a LEGO brick, how do I replace it?
Via the LEGO replacement service, you can request a new LEGO brick if a brick is missing or broken. If you miss a LEGO brick from a new set, LEGO will send you it for free. Is it from an older or secondhand set? LEGO might ask for a fee. Missing multiple LEGO bricks? You need to submit multiple requests, because you can only request 1 LEGO brick at a time.
Can I also pick up LEGO in the store?
Yes, that's possible. During checkout, choose 'Pick up in store'. You won't have to pay until you're in the store. You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready.
Where do I find the online building instructions of my LEGO set?
You can find the online building instructions on the product page of the LEGO set. On this page, there's a link to the digital manual. If you can't find the instructions there, go to the official LEGO website. On the LEGO website, you can find the set with the set number and download the building instructions.
